Dr. Watson has the distinguished honor of being the first African American to be board certified in Laboratory Animal Medicine, a specialty within Veterinary Medicine.Not only a veterinarian, but a decorated military officer, Dr. Watson served in many key assignments in animal care and laboratory medicine.
